Child Policy
1. All children are welcome.
2. Free! One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
3. The second child under 12 years is charged 30% of reservation and fully benefits of an extrabed.
4. All children above 12 years are charged 30% of the reservation and fully benefits of an extrabed.
5. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
6. Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
7. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Online booking methods
There are two ways to make an online reservation at Hotel Apollo Mamaia, one guaranteed with instant confirmation, through our new online reservation system and the second method, completing a booking request and performing bank transfer.
The first method is guaranteed and have instant confirmation.
Enter on our new reservation system and select the desired booking period, number of people and children and press search. On the rates and availability window, select the desired room and press book now. In the next window you have to fill your personal and credit card information to guarantee the reservation, then you have to accept the terms and conditions of the reservation, and press the confirm reservation button.
Immediately you will receive a confirmation email for your reservation. Please note: The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card as reservation policies that fit your booking.
Method 2 through reservation request
Fill the reservation form with your details: name, email, phone, then the check-in and check-out that you desire and add an additional message if necessary and pres the send button, then a hotel representative will contact you by phone to will explain the next steps to guarantee the reservation.
Booking and payment policy
Online booking system
For NON-REFUNDABLE rate, full payment of reservation is required in advance when booking. If booking is guaranteed with a credit card, the hotel will charge the entire amount of the booking, the day when the reservation was made.
For STANDARD rate is required to pay the first night of accommodation, 14 days before check-in. If booking is guaranteed with a credit card, the hotel will charge the first night of your reservation, 14 days before check-in.
Booking Request
For the reservation to be guarantee, 100% advance payment is required.
This payment is made according to the invoice issued by the hotel on behalf of the tourist and sent to the tourist by email.
Invoice payment will be made in the hotel account at Banca Transilvania, Constanta Branch, Account: RO04 BTRL 0140 1202 7152 82XX.
